Mouterij Dingemans achieves FSSC 22000 certification, reaching a new milestone in food safety

Mouterij Dingemans, a fifth-generation family-owned and 100% independent malting company,, has taken a significant step forward in global food safety standards by successfully passing the Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000 audit.

The comprehensive audit closely examined every part of our malting operations — from raw material intake to final malt dispatch — and is the result of years of dedicated work to uphold and enhance our quality and food safety management systems.

With an annual production of 50,000 tonnes of malt supplied to breweries and food companies around the world, achieving FSSC 22000 certification was a key strategic objective. This internationally recognised standard now reinforces our long-standing commitment to quality, consistency, and food safety.

Proud to be part of great beer — and now proud to be part of the FSSC 22000 community.
