Maris Otter MD is an old British barley strain, mostly used in traditional pale ales. Our Maris Otter MD malt lends an authentic, fuller malt flavour than our Pilsen MD malt.

 

Because of its high enzymatic activity, this kilned malt can be used for up to 100% of the grain bill in all beer types.
