Door de mout meteen te roosteren krijgt het zijn typische smaak en aroma’s van warm brood en koekjes. En krijgt deze Biscuit® MD mout zijn granaatbruine kleur. 

Deze geroosterde mout kan gebruikt worden tot 30% van de moutstorting.
